Yoloo AI helps you get professional headshots, try new hairstyles, and create images whenever you need them. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use Yoloo AI.

By accessing Yoloo AI, you agree to the practices described below. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the service.
Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways: data you provide to us, data generated when you use Yoloo AI, and data from trusted service providers.
- - Account & profile: Email addresses, names, and profile images you provide when you sign in (for example, when signing in with Google). We store this information to manage your account and credit balance.
- - Content & prompts:
Text prompts, reference images, effect selections, and other inputs you supply while generating or editing images. Because these inputs can include biometric identifiers or sensitive personal information, we limit access to trained staff and partners.
We do not store generated images on our servers. They are processed by Replicate and available for up to 24 hours. After this period or if you close the browser tab, the images will no longer be accessible.
- - Billing & orders: Subscription tier, credit top-ups, plan changes, invoices, and metadata from Creem—our payment partner. We do not collect or store payment card numbers.
- - Product usage: Information about how you use Yoloo AI, such as which features you use and when, so we can show your history, fix issues, and protect your account.
- - Automatic diagnostics: Basic information about your device and browser, IP address, and usage patterns from analytics tools (Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics) that help us improve performance and reliability.
How we use information
We process personal information to deliver Yoloo AI and improve it over time.
Typical uses include:
- - Signing you in securely and keeping your session safe.
- - Processing your requests, images, and selections so we can generate the results you want.
- - Provisioning credits, subscriptions, invoices, and usage statements.
- - Sending essential communications related to your account and service usage.
- - Monitoring for fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service to protect all users.
- - Improving Yoloo AI performance, reliability, and features using aggregated usage data.
- - Complying with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from authorities.
Retention & security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide Yoloo AI, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Because generations flow directly through Replicate, prompts and outputs live there for roughly one hour (for processing) and up to 24 hours (for asset download) before the links expire automatically. We do not keep copies of finished images once you leave or refresh the page, so please download anything you need to retain during that window. Other data (such as account and billing records) follow the timelines required by law.
Yoloo AI uses security measures including access controls, encryption, and monitoring to help protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we regularly review and update our security practices to minimize risk.
Automated processing & safeguards
Yoloo AI uses automated systems to route prompts, run AI models, and detect abuse. When you submit a request, it is transmitted to our infrastructure and model providers to generate the requested output. We may apply automated filters to flag unsafe content; limited human reviewers may access flagged samples to investigate fraud or improve safety tools.
Automated decisions do not replace human review for account suspensions or billing disputes, and you can contact support@yoloo.ai to request clarification or appeal an automated action.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent when processing relies on consent.

- - Contact us to submit privacy requests. We will process your request manually and respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@yoloo.ai with your request. Please include your account email address so we can verify your identity and locate your data. We may need additional verification before fulfilling certain requests.
Regional disclosures
For residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and California, we process data under lawful bases such as consent, contract performance, and legitimate interest. You may lodge complaints with your local data protection authority if you believe our processing violates applicable law.
We may transfer data to the United States or other countries where we or our vendors operate. When we do, we rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
