Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the content and behavior rules that apply when you use Yoloo AI. By using the service, you agree to follow these rules. They are part of our Terms of Service and are enforced to keep Yoloo AI safe for creators, payment processors, and the broader public.

Content you must not generate

You must not use Yoloo AI to create, request, or distribute any of the following:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material, including depictions of nudity, erotic posing, or content designed to arouse. This applies to text prompts, reference images, and any generated output.
• Hateful, harassing, or demeaning content that targets people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status.
• Violent or gory content, including graphic injuries, torture, or celebrations of real-world violence.
• Content depicting or involving minors in any sexual, romanticized, inappropriate, or exploitative context. We may reject these requests outright.
• Deepfakes, impersonations, or deceptive media that infringes another person's privacy, likeness, voice, or intellectual property without documented permission.
• Face-swap, face-manipulation, or identity-replacement tools of any kind.
• Content that promotes illegal activity, self-harm, suicide, or the manufacture or use of weapons, drugs, or regulated substances.
• Marketing material that promises "uncensored", "no filter", "NSFW", "18+", "unfiltered", or similarly unrestricted generation through Yoloo AI.

Behavior you must not engage in

In addition to the content rules above, you must not:

• Bypass, probe, or interfere with our content-safety systems, including services used to screen prompts and reference images.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our models, outputs, or pipelines in ways that violate our Terms of Service or applicable law.
• Use the service to spam, phish, or distribute malware through any channel.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted material, trademarked logos, or private imagery of other people.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates this AUP. We may also report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities. Some content-policy violations trigger automatic refusal at the prompt level and never reach generation. We may also investigate reports and conduct manual reviews after generation. Violations identified through either process are treated as violations of this policy.

Reporting violations

If you believe content generated through Yoloo AI violates this AUP, please report it through your account dashboard's support channel or by email at the address listed in the site footer. We review every report.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this AUP to reflect new risks, new regulations, or new operational requirements. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
