In addition, because Yoloo AI is an AI image and video generation service, you must not:

• Create deepfakes, impersonations, or deceptive media that infringes another person's privacy, likeness, or intellectual property without documented permission.
• Upload or generate content featuring minors, unless you have verifiable parental or guardian consent and the creation complies with all applicable laws; we may reject these requests outright.
• Produce NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, hateful, harassing, violent, or exploitative material, or use Yoloo AI for surveillance, discrimination, exploitation, or any other unlawful activity.
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with our content-safety systems or use the service in ways designed to evade them.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these rules, and we may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may request account closure through the support channel in your account or by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
