Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Yoloo AI, a service that helps you get professional headshots, try new hairstyles, and create images whenever you need them. By accessing Yoloo AI, creating an account, or using any features, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using Yoloo AI on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Yoloo AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the security or integrity of the service.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Yoloo AI to generate, edit, and manage images for your own projects or those of your organization. You may not resell the service, provide shared access outside your team, reverse engineer restricted components, or use Yoloo AI for any unlawful or harmful activity.

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt to bypass security protections, or misuseYoloo AI's credits or features.

In addition, you must not:

• - Create deepfakes, impersonations, or deceptive media that infringes another person's privacy, likeness, or intellectual property without documented permission.
• - Upload or generate content featuring minors unless you have verifiable parental or guardian consent and the creation complies with all applicable laws; we may reject these requests outright.
• - Produce hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit material, or use Yoloo AI for surveillance, discrimination, exploitation, or any other unlawful activity.

Yoloo AI offers subscription tiers and usage-based credits for using features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire as described during purchase or in your account. We may adjust balances to correct errors or address abuse.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

We respond to customer refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are handled according to the policies displayed at checkout and the terms of our payment partner. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, please contact us again at support@yoloo.ai.

You retain ownership over any prompts, images, or files you upload or generate through Yoloo AI. We process this information only to provide, secure, and support the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Yoloo AI complies with applicable laws and that you have rights to any content you provide.

Yoloo AI integrates authentication services, payment processors, analytics providers, and other third-party tools. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your interactions with them are solely between you and the provider.

All intellectual property rights in Yoloo AI—including the service, features, design, trademarks, and documentation—remain with Yoloo AI and its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, no additional rights are granted to you. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation.

Yoloo AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we guarantee that Yoloo AI will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoloo AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Yoloo AI in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yoloo AI, its affiliates, and personnel from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to Yoloo AI at any time if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Shanghai, China, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shanghai, China, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For disputes involving users in the European Union, you may also have the right to file a complaint with your local consumer protection authority or data protection authority, as applicable.

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, regulatory requirements, or operational practices. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of Yoloo AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
