Cookie Policy

Learn how Yoloo AI uses cookies and similar technologies to power our AI platform.

Overview

Yoloo AI uses cookies, local storage, and device identifiers to keep Yoloo AI reliable and secure across authentication, dashboards, billing, and analytics experiences.

These technologies help our Next.js front end coordinate with Better Auth authentication, realtime updates, Creem payments, and operational tooling. Some cookies are essential, while others help us understand how the platform performs so we can improve it.

Essential operations

We rely on first-party cookies and local storage to deliver core functionality throughout Yoloo AI. Removing or blocking these items will prevent the service from working as expected.

  • Authentication & session management: Better Auth sets secure cookies to remember your login state and persist access tokens between navigation events.
  • Security & rate limits: We store nonce IDs and rate limit counters so that credit consumption and server actions remain protected against replay attacks or abuse.
  • Interface preferences: Theme, sidebar, and notification settings live in local storage so the workspace looks consistent every time you sign in.

Performance & analytics

To measure product fit and stability, we use analytics and telemetry tools that set their own cookies or collect identifiers. Data is aggregated and helps us prioritize roadmap improvements, documentation updates, and debugging efforts.

  • Microsoft Clarity: Captures anonymized session replays and heatmaps so we can refine onboarding flows and dashboard usability.
  • Google Analytics 4: Tracks page performance, feature adoption, and marketing attribution. We do not use GA4 for third-party advertising campaigns.
  • Application telemetry: Internal logging records request metadata (IP address, request path, response time) to troubleshoot errors and keep the platform responsive.

Payments & checkout

When you initiate a subscription or credits purchase, Creem (our payment provider) sets temporary cookies or similar storage to maintain checkout context, prevent fraud, and confirm payment status. Payment credentials are handled directly by Creem;Yoloo AI receives only the metadata we need to activate your plan.

Your choices

You can manage cookies and local storage from your browser, but disabling essential items may break authentication or billing workflows. Common options include:

  • Clearing cookies or local storage after each session or using private browsing modes.
  • Adjusting analytics or marketing consent through browser extensions or built-in privacy controls.
  • Signing out of Yoloo AI to invalidate authentication cookies.

If you need more detail about our use of cookies or wish to opt out of specific analytics tools, contact us and we will help where legally and technically possible.

Updates & contact

We review this Cookie Policy whenever we ship new platform capabilities, integrate additional services, or change how we rely on cookies and similar storage technologies. We will post updates here and, where required, notify you through the dashboard or email.
